Walking has a huge impact on your mental health and happiness. Fresh air. Nature. Community. Mindfulness. The list goes on! We love taking The Yes Project community members on group hikes and family friendly walks around Brisbane and South East Queensland. We also have some amazing TYP volunteers who will be starting walks in other areas of the country so stay tuned if we don't currently walk in your area.
Everyone is welcome on a YES WALK! You don't need to register, just show up and join us. Don't have anyone to walk with? That's what we're here for! It's fine if you're walking solo - there's always someone to chat with in our group. Know someone who could benefit from a walk? Bring them with you!
Sometimes our walks draw large crowds and other times it is just a small group of us hiking somewhere incredible. We run walks for all different fitness levels and details will be posted here and on our Facebook or Instagram pages with further details.
